How to use a Ghost disposable vape

A Ghost disposable vape is about as simple as vaping gets. It comes filled and charged, and there’s no button. Still, a few habits make a big difference to how it tastes and how long it lasts.
This guide covers your first puff, charging, the most common problems and how to fix them.
Your first puff on a Ghost disposable vape
Take the device out of the box and remove any sticker or rubber plug from the mouthpiece. On the 7 gram models, slide the mouthpiece out first. Then inhale slowly for 2 to 3 seconds. The draw sensor fires the coil on its own.
Start with 2 or 3 puffs and wait about 15 minutes. Hemp THC takes a little while to settle in, and it’s easy to overdo it if you keep pulling.
Charging a Ghost disposable vape
Every Ghost disposable vape has a USB-C port. If the light blinks or the hits get weak while there’s still oil in the tank, plug it in. Most charge in about an hour. Topping up before it’s fully dead is better for the battery than running it flat each time.
Common problems and fixes
- Weak or no hit: charge it first. Then check that nothing is blocking the mouthpiece.
- Burnt taste: you’re pulling too hard or too often. Take slower draws and rest a few seconds between puffs.
- Clogged airflow: thick oil can settle in the cold. Hold the device in your hand for a minute, then take a few gentle pulls without inhaling deeply.
- Leaking: usually from heat. Keep it upright and out of hot cars.

Store it upright at room temperature. Heat thins the oil and can push it into the airflow, and cold thickens it. Slow, even puffs use less oil per hit and keep the flavor clean all the way down.
When it’s finished, recycle it. The EPA guide to household batteries explains where lithium batteries can be dropped off.
Picking your next Ghost disposable vape
If you liked the flavor but wanted more oil, look at the 7 gram Slide Piece and Blissful Blend lines. If it was too strong, try Emerald Blend. Our Ghost disposable size guide compares all three sizes, and the Ghost vape flavor guide helps with taste.
Signs it is empty, not dead
If you’ve charged it and the hits are still thin and taste burnt, the tank is probably empty. Hold it up to a light. Most models let you see the oil level through the body or the window near the mouthpiece. Charging an empty device won’t bring the flavor back, and continuing to pull on it only burns the coil.
Taking it on the go
Keep the mouthpiece clean and covered. On the 7 gram models, slide it back into the body. Don’t leave it on a car dashboard, in a hot bag in the sun or in a freezing car overnight. Air travel rules on vapes and lithium batteries vary, and hemp THC laws differ by state, so check before you travel with it.
